Coral Springs Buick GMC did a great job. Made an ppointment in advance with the same service advisor I had previously, Daniel, and they were ready for me in the morning, checked me in and got the car into service ASAP. Car was ready ahead of estimated time and I was back out and on my way. Daniel did a great job keeping me updated. The only issue I had was that the free wifi in the waiting area seemed to be having issues. Weak signal, frequent disconnection. That was a little annoying but perhaps outside the direct control of the service department.

Dear Coral Springs GMC, I would like to share my recent experience at your dealership regarding the service performed on my vehicle. During my last visit, I specifically requested an oil change, tire rotation, and also mentioned a strange noise coming from the engine (or somewhere near it) when starting the car in the morning. Luis, my service consultant—whom I want to highlight as an excellent professional who always does a great job—explained that the workshop would need to keep the car overnight to address the noise issue. I agreed, and the next day I was informed that the problem had been resolved. However, when I arrived home, I noticed that the oil had not been changed and the tire rotation had not been performed. I immediately called Luis, who confirmed he would check with the workshop team and later told me it would be best to bring the car back to complete the pending service. I explained that I would only consider returning because of Luis's professionalism, but if it weren’t for him, I would no longer bring my vehicle to Coral Springs GMC for service. I live far from the dealership, and I find it unacceptable that such basic maintenance items were not completed, especially since I left the dealership under the impression they had been done. If I had not checked, this could have caused serious problems with my vehicle. Additionally, the strange noise I reported has still not been resolved. I was a little disappointed with my experience. We went to the dealership on Saturday and were told that the car we wanted was not there, but they would bring it from another dealership on Monday. On Monday, I received a call saying that the car was no longer available because it had been sold. However, I found it at the original dealership, and when I called they told me the vehicle was avaliable, so I drove back to this dealer get my deposit refunded. When I arrived, they informed me that a similar vehicle was at a nearby dealership and that they could have it brought over in about an hour. We ended up waiting nearly three hours while they kept saying it was almost there. In the end, we received another vehicle, but after having it for a few days, I realized it was missing some of the original car's options. Overall, the salesperson was very friendly and polite, which is why I am giving three stars. The bottom line is that if the car you want is not on the lot, it might be better to go somewhere else.

Daniel was very welcoming and explained how the process works from diagnostic to repairs. I felt comfortable throughout the visit and was kept informed.

This particular dealership took me in, hugged me and told me I was family all to honor not even 1 of the deals we agreed to. Even was generous enough to add other fees like transportation fee for a vehicle that was already on the lot. SMH some family.

My 2 year old truck broke down due to a fuel pump modulator going bad, an issue that the tow truck driver identified immediately when he came to pick it up because he says it’s a constant issue for these GM trucks. Yet, it took 2 weeks of it at the shop to get repaired because the part wasn’t in stock. If this is such a common issue, 1 why isn’t it a recall and 2 why wouldn’t you have the part in stock? This should be a 24 hour repair job.

My many past experiences at the Coral Springs GMC service department coming all of the way from Miami Gardens have all around been quite good. I know that there is a GMC dealership (Wm. Leahman) nearer to my home in Miami Gardens and others between Coral Springs, but I so far have never experienced a reason for not returning to Coral Springs GMC.

I will call GM customer service to ask why it costed me anything; this should have been a policy warranty repair because it was a GM dealer that broke the part the last time this purge valve was replaced. there's more to this story.

Just the expected time of service to be complete was way under quoted I was told an hour, but stayed waiting for 2.5 hours. I arrived at 9 am for appointment was finished at 11:30 ish am. My experience with my service advisor was excellent. However, I was disappointed to discover that the service technician had unplugged my dash cam while working on my vehicle. When the vehicle was returned, the dash cam was disconnected, resulting in the loss of my personal settings and previously stored recorded events. After reconnecting it, I had to go through the entire setup process again. I also spent a significant amount of time on the phone with technical support and was advised that there was no way to recover the lost footage.

The reason I chose poor for service, is because 1, I didn't bring my truck in on the 22 of this month for service. 2, when I did bring it in, they did not fixed the software problem I have with my phone and 3, when you make an appointment first thing in the morning, it takes all day to check it out, never mind fixing it.

My appointment was for a recall and a tire rotation. This is the second time I make the appointment for the recall and the second time they tell me they don’t have the part. They asked me to call before I made my appointment to confirm that they had part. After dropping my car off and taking two Ubers to go back-and-forth to work spending $85 I go pick up the car. They did not have the part for the second time and now they want me to come back. when the park comes in. They didn’t even wash the car and they had the car for the entire day. A waste of two days and no service.

I made an online Sunday appt. at 10am. Alan was very rude and expressed his displeasure about being at work on a Sunday. Seemed annoyed that inwas there. Told me they have a skeleton crew and might not get to look at it until Monday. My car was there for 4 days and the issues were not fixed. I was told the radio was fixed but they couldn't figure out why the side detection system was intermittent. Picked up the car and the radio still has the same problems as when I dropped it off. Told Alan I need a new module and he said bring it back in. I asked for a estimate on a new module and was told "well we don't know if that's the problem." Left two voicemails for the service manager, still waiting for a call back. Don't know if I will bring my car back or go to another dealer to see if they can fix it.

Well this time I was pleased that it went as expected or better. I was expected the work to take longer but it took a little less. I was not even sure I could book an appointment due to my calling late that day. Alan was professional as always and the work was done right.

Great experience. Moe Sarah is amazing. I have been looking for a new GMC for a few weeks, I visited or spoke with two dealerships close to my home and was treated more as a. Other than a customer, this worked out well because it made me find coral springs GMC and Moe, and several other great staff members, even though it is 2 hours from my house, I couldn't be happier. Moe, Alyssa and the sales manager Luis were all incredibly helpful, we went back and forth on emails, texts and phone calls, for a couple weeks while they did everything they could to find me the right car at a great price and they did. The dealership was very clean and well-maintained maintained, lots of inventory, everyone there was very nice, I was greeted in the parking lot as soon as I arrived and taken to see Moe, along the way everyone there was happy and friendly, Luis made a point of coming over and introducing himself and saying hello, the financial manager had also made his way over to introduce himself as well. The process was very fast which was helpful with having a small child. Moe took the time to go through the entire car, showed all the features and made sure I was set up to take full advantage of the car. Overall a great experience, even though it is 2 hours away and there are 3 GMC dealers closer to me i will only do business with this dealership going forward and highly recommended everyone i know to go to this dealership.

I just picked up my second Buick Enclave from this dealership, and I can’t recommend them enough. If you want a seamless, stress-free experience, you need to ask for Luis, Jerry, and Michael. These three truly are the "Dream Team." They listened to exactly what we were looking for and made it happen without any of the typical back-and-forth. It’s rare to find a team that provides this level of consistent, top-tier service over several years.

Luis took great care of me and my 2024 GMC Terrain. I got an oil change, tires rotated, allignment and new wipers while I waited just a little more than an hour. The waiting area is very comfortable with a deluxe coffe machine offering all sorts of specialty coffees. Luis kept letting me know what was being done to my car and after they washed it, he brought it around to help me into my car. Their service department is excellent.

When I picked up vehicle after oil & filter change, and tire rotation I checked oil level on the dipstick and it looked low. I checked the receipt printout and it read that 6 quarts were added at the oil change. I checked the owner's manual and it said my vehicle requires 7 quarts. So after paying $120 for oil change & tire rotation and waiting two hours, I had to purchase additional oil for my vehicle and add it to the vehicle to make sure it was at the correct factory recommended level. I will no longer bring my car to this dealership for service .

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a highly concerning service experience at the Chevrolet dealership in Coral Springs, Florida. On the date of my appointment 04/20/26, I arrived at 7:00 AM for my vehicle’s second scheduled maintenance service. I was advised that the service would take approximately 90 minutes; however, I did not leave until approximately 10:30 AM. The printed service invoice clearly states that the maintenance included a tire rotation. Prior to arriving at the dealership, I intentionally placed a small visible finger mark on both rear tires for my own verification. After receiving my vehicle, I immediately inspected the tires and confirmed that the marks remained in the exact same position, demonstrating that the rear tires had not been moved and that no tire rotation had been performed. When I brought this matter to the attention of the service staff, I was initially assured that the tire rotation had been completed. Only after I presented clear evidence was I asked to wait while they “checked with the technician.” After approximately ten additional minutes, I was merely offered around a $20 discount, despite the fact that a tire rotation service is typically valued at approximately $50. This situation is extremely troubling for several reasons. First, the service invoice reflects that work was completed when it clearly was not. This raises serious concerns regarding misrepresentation of services billed and documented. Second, this naturally leads me to question whether the oil change and all other listed maintenance items were actually performed, or whether the service reminder on the dashboard was simply reset without the work being completed. At this point, I have legitimate concerns about the integrity of the entire service visit and whether any maintenance was truly performed on my vehicle. More importantly, I am deeply concerned as to how many other customers may have experienced the same issue without ever realizing it. If I had not taken the initiative to verify the tire rotation myself, I would have unknowingly left believing that the service had been properly completed. This raises a broader concern about the dealership’s service practices and quality control procedures. I chose Chevrolet and General Motors because I believed I was dealing with a serious and reputable company that stands behind its service standards and customer trust. Unfortunately, this experience has left me disappointed and has significantly damaged my confidence in both the dealership and the Chevrolet service network. I respectfully request the following: 1. A formal investigation into this service visit and the technician/service advisor involved 2. Written confirmation of what maintenance was actually performed on my vehicle 3. A full refund for any service item listed but not performed 4. Appropriate corrective action to ensure other customers are not affected in the same manner I would appreciate a prompt response and a serious review of this matter. I think the service was good, but the car came back with the interior dirty—grease on the steering wheel, dashboard, and seat.

The service advisor was professional and attentive throughout the process, which I appreciate. However, the overall timeline for the engine replacement was significantly longer than expected, and communication between GM and the dealership was inconsistent at times. I even received follow-ups after the vehicle had already been delivered, which shows a lack of coordination. There is definitely room for improvement in communication and overall process efficiency.

The salesman, Moe was attentive, friendly, and very helpful, and his colleagues were always polite. However, my experience with the finance manager, Michael, was disappointing. I waited over 30 minutes to sign paperwork, and he seemed distracted and rushed. When I asked questions, his answers were brief, and I felt more like a burden than a valued customer despite making a significant purchase. The interaction felt transactional rather than relationship-focused.

Jason my technician provided a quote per my request and walked me through the repairs. He communicated with me through out the day on progress and let me know when my vehicle was ready to pick up

However, during my service appointment, he informed me that they were unable to perform the tire rotation and that I would need to take my truck to a specialty shop for that service. This was frustrating because this information was never communicated to me by my sales representative. Had I known that routine maintenance would require separate appointments at different locations, I likely would not have purchased the vehicle. I expected all standard service needs, including tire rotations, to be handled through the dealership.
