Everything was well up until the point when a ambient temperature sensor needed to be replaced. After the replacement was done I paid and then realize that the temperature sensor was not being displayed in the internal panel display. It was extremely hard, frustrating and time consuming to convince the service advisor that this needed to be corrected, specially since I paid a hefty amount of money for the repair.

Excellent service, prompt and great communication. Alan did an excellent job.

Went in for oil change and rotation came out with tire sensor light and now being told sensor is bad when it wasn't bad before it went in

On 2/26/2025 I brought my 2020 GMC Canyon to Coral Springs Buick GMC, for a service, tire rotation and to get the transmission shutter situation addressed. The technicians performed the service to the vehicle. When the technician drove the vehicle and felt the concern, they then re-programmed the PCM and drove the vehicle around with the computer plugged in. The test results displayed that the issue was torque converter shutter, Torque converter slip. Per GM Service Bulletin 21-NA-047 for Canyon/Colorado Models 2020-2021, the steps to address this issue are to run the computer diagnostics testing, then further investigate by dropping the transmission pan to check the condition of the fluid and debris in the pan. The next step is to do a fluid exchange and a complete fluid flush. Upon completion of the diagnoses by the Technicians at Coral Springs Buick GMC, the service advisor Alan Payson stated that I needed to have the torque converter replaced which was going to cost me $5,000. When I questioned him if he could confirm the coloration and condition of the transmission fluid and if the pan was inspected he said "There is no need to do that we have ran the diagnostics on the computer". On my invoice it says the fluid was checked but I could not get a confirmation from my service advisor. At that point I had chosen not to proceed with service at Coral Springs Buick GMC because I did not feel like they were qualified to address the issue with the transmission or understand how to identify the condition of the transmission fluid. I have since taken the vehicle to a third-party facility where they promptly performed the Transmission Fluid Flush and replacement per GM Service Bulletin 21-NA-047. This flush recommended by GM fixed the shudder, and rough shifting issues in my 2020 GMC Canyon.The vehicle now shifts better than it did when I drove it off the lot and the cost was less than $1,000. I am very dissatisfied that the GM Technicians at Coral Springs Buick GMC failed to recognize the GM bulletin on the issue. As a customer having purchased the vehicle from the dealership only a year and a half ago I did not feel as if I was a valued customer. Hopefully all this information can be of value to your team at Coral Springs Buick GMC and can help them better diagnose issues with GMC Canyon Models with the 8-Speed transmission. I purchased this vehicle a year and a half ago from Coral Springs Buick GMC and I am not sure if I will be a returning customer to Coral Springs GMC for service or vehicle purchase in the future. Experience was very good. My device rep was Luis and he was very polite and clear in his explanation of the process. You had the correct truck we wanted and as an added bonus the staff at the dealership were truly outstanding. Everyone from the salesman to the manager to the finance manager was above our expectations. The salesman supported us in to make the deal perfect from deposits to hold the vehicle to helping us set-up the new truck. Perfect.

Overall a fine experience although there is an open issue. I'm seeking an accessory. 2025 Encore GX REAR CARGO COVER. It seems like there is a problem precuring this item I have not heard back from the salesman, MOE ALANI concerning this.

I was taken cared of from the moment I drove in for service. I also appreciated the shuttle service to and from work. And when my car needed overnight service, they provided a rental for convenience.

The cost was to much changed $245 per hour for two hours and what was done was less than 1 hour

David Teiman helped me out on this visit and took care of me right away. Got my details and had my Yukon take out back quickly. Got to speak with one of the sales guys and even chatted with the porter during the wait. Porter on this day was just helping out as someone was out (he usually details vehicles), we chatted about software coding he and his wife do, great chat with the gentleman. Overall great experience and glad I had the work done there.

Service was slow even though there were plenty of people just walking around. Waited 20 min until the guy handled us. Car wasn’t washed.

The wait time to be seen was over 30 min, but once seen the service was great.

Let me first start by saying I love the redesign of the GMC Terrain. After purchase (16JUL25) though, this is where things went downhill. When I got home and opened the hood, the engine bay was covered in dry clay mud, and after inspecting the vehicle further, there was adhesive still all over the vehicle, and a panel on the rear bumper wasn't snapped properly in place. The following day I drove to Orlando, and on multiple occasions the vehicle felt as if it did not want to stop, so I called the dealership and brought the SUV in on (18JUL25). Apparently the brakes are fine, and it's part of the redesign that includes a new electronic braking system. I had them detail the vehicle again, and somehow there is still clay mud between the doors and frame and undercarriage. It took six hours of waiting at the dealer (no loaner vehicles), and it's still not as clean as I would expect it to be. Everyone was relatively friendly, but attention to detail is lacking. Alan my service rep was great. Marc offered to drop off the all weather mats at my house, which is nice of him, but im still waiting for them. Overall my experience was mediocre. Being a service member the details matter to me and the details is when your dealership really dropped the ball.

Coral Springs Buick GMC did a great job. Made an ppointment in advance with the same service advisor I had previously, Daniel, and they were ready for me in the morning, checked me in and got the car into service ASAP. Car was ready ahead of estimated time and I was back out and on my way. Daniel did a great job keeping me updated. The only issue I had was that the free wifi in the waiting area seemed to be having issues. Weak signal, frequent disconnection. That was a little annoying but perhaps outside the direct control of the service department.

Daniel was very welcoming and explained how the process works from diagnostic to repairs. I felt comfortable throughout the visit and was kept informed.

Dear Coral Springs GMC, I would like to share my recent experience at your dealership regarding the service performed on my vehicle. During my last visit, I specifically requested an oil change, tire rotation, and also mentioned a strange noise coming from the engine (or somewhere near it) when starting the car in the morning. Luis, my service consultant—whom I want to highlight as an excellent professional who always does a great job—explained that the workshop would need to keep the car overnight to address the noise issue. I agreed, and the next day I was informed that the problem had been resolved. However, when I arrived home, I noticed that the oil had not been changed and the tire rotation had not been performed. I immediately called Luis, who confirmed he would check with the workshop team and later told me it would be best to bring the car back to complete the pending service. I explained that I would only consider returning because of Luis's professionalism, but if it weren’t for him, I would no longer bring my vehicle to Coral Springs GMC for service. I live far from the dealership, and I find it unacceptable that such basic maintenance items were not completed, especially since I left the dealership under the impression they had been done. If I had not checked, this could have caused serious problems with my vehicle. Additionally, the strange noise I reported has still not been resolved. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that improvements are made to avoid similar situations in the future. Sincerely, Luiz Melo

My 2 year old truck broke down due to a fuel pump modulator going bad, an issue that the tow truck driver identified immediately when he came to pick it up because he says it’s a constant issue for these GM trucks. Yet, it took 2 weeks of it at the shop to get repaired because the part wasn’t in stock. If this is such a common issue, 1 why isn’t it a recall and 2 why wouldn’t you have the part in stock? This should be a 24 hour repair job.

I was a little disappointed with my experience. We went to the dealership on Saturday and were told that the car we wanted was not there, but they would bring it from another dealership on Monday. On Monday, I received a call saying that the car was no longer available because it had been sold. However, I found it at the original dealership, and when I called they told me the vehicle was avaliable, so I drove back to this dealer get my deposit refunded. When I arrived, they informed me that a similar vehicle was at a nearby dealership and that they could have it brought over in about an hour. We ended up waiting nearly three hours while they kept saying it was almost there. In the end, we received another vehicle, but after having it for a few days, I realized it was missing some of the original car's options. Overall, the salesperson was very friendly and polite, which is why I am giving three stars. The bottom line is that if the car you want is not on the lot, it might be better to go somewhere else.

took 3 weeks to get a part, I don't truly blame CS Buick, I blame GM, as this is a part that is known to fail and GM has done nothing about it

Daniel understood easily what I required. The work was performed efficiently. The waiting area was comfortable.

The repair took longer than I expected. Parts had to be ordered and they came in on Saturday, and expected the car to be ready some time on Monday, but had to wait until Tuesday.

Sometimes the dealer make you wasting time on simple things but me my car service was horrible like if I done something today after the service I get an other

Aziz is was wonderful with his customer service, he helped me get my first car and it ended up being a GMC Sierra 1500 in red which was exactly what I wanted and what I came to the dealership for we wanted to check out other vehicles but it ended up being a single trip with Aziz’s help!
